Feb 14, 2008 Bottle pour...medium golden color with a pretty hearty head. Aroma is sweet grains and corn with a hint of hops. Flavor is dominated by sweet malts, light hops, and an overarching corn flavor...very sweet overall. Light bitterness on the end. Carbonation is good and there’s a bit of body to this one. Highly sessionable with a quality flavor...this was a nice offering from NC.

Jan 21, 2008 Poured from tap a light golden color with white head. The aroma was mostly citrus with a slight grassiness. The flavor is very mild - a bit of citrus, green grass, and hay. Good carb, gives a mild tingle on the tongue. Nothing stands out on this pilsner. Ok if its cold on a hot day and you want something light to drink.

Jan 14, 2008 On tap at Flying Saucer. Has a golden color with a small white head. The aroma is light hops and grass. The taste is citrus and a dry finish. Not too much going on with this one.

Dec 29, 2007 Clear golden color with an even thin white head. Mostly clean aroma with a decent mix of hops and grain. Crisp taste, but there is no real influence from the hops in the taste. The palate is also a bit thin. Very drinkable, but lacks any real strong pilsner characteristics.

Dec 7, 2007 Wasn’t a fan of this pilsener, as it was too straightforward. It is sooo much like other run of the mill pilseners with no depth or anything special. It isn’t bad, but isn’t great either. Easy drinking, normal, crisp, and clean beer.
