It has a nice hopps and earthy smell to it. As you drink it there are floral flavors as well as hopps and some sour tart on the plaate. The after taste is very earthy and grassy. beachbum25 (797), Powellville, Maryland, USA

Pretty average beer, some hops, some grass/grain, some bread dough, some interest, but not much. Inoffensive, bordering on boring, but not much else. Drinkable, but don’t seek it out. Not up to the quality of other beers I’ve had from this Brewer. ghill1218 (9), 29 palms, California, USA does not count | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 14/20 | Sep 2, 2007 As far as a palsner goes it is a very plain beer, something you would almost expect it to be. there is no suprise. From the bottle purs a dark gold, with a lively head. The aroma is plain, a little metalic. The first drink is a little metalic, very acidy, but for the most part well balanced. The finish is very clean, kind of watery the way it goes down with out an after taste. I was hoping for more taste, but if you read the label on the side of the botlle it very plainly states "water, malted barley, hops, yeast & that’s all." a plain and predictable beer. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

The dry palate gives of flavors of yeast and some light bitter hops. Clean finish! arjoseph (594), Chicago, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 21, 2007 On tap, Flying Saucer, Nashville. Head is impressive: sudsy, white and fluffy, and it lasts for a long time over a deep gold beer. Smells great, with fruity melony hops and some cracker, all very fresh and blossoming in the nose. Flavor is full and malty: fruity at first, then creamy and milky. There’s some Saaz in the finish, but any flavors there are overwhelmed by it’s wateriness (which I guess means that this finishes "clean"). I like beers that leave some punch for the end, and are little less one-dimensional, so my overall is a bit lower than it would be if this were more interesting. 9/4/7/3/12 pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA
