Aug 24, 2007 POurs deep straw with a full head. Has notes of malt and citrus on the nose. The dry palate gives of flavors of yeast and some light bitter hops. Clean finish!

Aug 21, 2007 On tap, Flying Saucer, Nashville. Head is impressive: sudsy, white and fluffy, and it lasts for a long time over a deep gold beer. Smells great, with fruity melony hops and some cracker, all very fresh and blossoming in the nose. Flavor is full and malty: fruity at first, then creamy and milky. There’s some Saaz in the finish, but any flavors there are overwhelmed by it’s wateriness (which I guess means that this finishes "clean"). I like beers that leave some punch for the end, and are little less one-dimensional, so my overall is a bit lower than it would be if this were more interesting. 9/4/7/3/12

Aug 21, 2007 Bottle. Very light aroma - hard to discern. Light golden color. Crisp and bright flavor. A fantastic journey through the mouth. A pleasant and refreshing beer - very enjoyable.

Aug 20, 2007 Straw yellow with plenty of foamy white head. Malt grain nose with a similar body. Refreshing with a dry finish but there was something vaguely metallic an otherwise good Pilsner.

Aug 19, 2007 Color is a clear straw yellow, rather like a typical American lager, not impressive. Aroma is remarkably strong, overwhelmingly malty, with a whisper of citrus. Flavor is rich, malty, a touch of lemon or lime, not complex but very nice. Smooth, with a bit of a hoppy bite, it is a refreshing pilsener.

Aug 16, 2007 Bottle. Bready and grassy sweet nose with a touch of lemon and muscat grapes. Clear bright gold with a thing white head. Mild flavor, very balanced but not too much there. Slightly thin but refreshing palate. Biscuity with a vague metallic tinge.

Aug 13, 2007 Pours clear bronze color. Aroma is of pure malt. Taste is perfectly balanced and light. Nothing special going on here, but its still a wonderfully balanced brew and perfect for the style.

Aug 12, 2007 On tap at the Microfestivus ’07... Light straw-tea pour, with a disappointing head. The nose is of yeast, silage and old closets... somehow comforting, reminiscent of my grandmother’s house. Upfront, there is an immediately muddy citrus. Light yeast and indistinct hops are introduced mid-palate, but offer no growth to the pull. The finish ends with a yeasty, thin citrus and mild dry-hopping. A boring mouthfeel and thin body leaves this quite uninviting. Unfortunate, really.
