The aroma has plenty of malt and some grassy hops. The appearance straw gold with small persistant head. The flavor has pretty much all the elements of a pilsner with a slightly higher hop content. The palate is thin but ok for a pilsner. This is about what I expected.

pilsner? not to be snubbish, but this is not true to the pilsner style. still a fair beer, the flavor is hoppy and fruity. it’s cloudy and tasty.

Not much aroma. Little thin on color but makes it up on taste. I really like the taste of this beer. It goes very well here in texas on a hot day.

sweet malty aroma. golden color with a small white head. grainy, sweet, kind of chewy palate. finishes quick, clean, and dry with barely a hint of hops. similar to the blue star with less hop character.

Tap. This is not your typical pilsener. It is not nearly as musty as the typical German or Czech variety. The body seems fuller, the flavors are more fruity and the beer is very refreshing and fizzy. I really like this one. There is not much of an aroma though, neither does it develop a ncie head, so thes eare minus points.

For a pilsener i found this rather enjoyable. Had more texture then most pilsners. Was smooth and easy drinking but no taste really stood out at me. maybe a bit of a sweet taste.

Bottle from Harris in Brooklyn. I hate this style but like this beer. Does that make me weird. This was all there was to drink but I didn’t even notice it was a pilsner until I got here. The skunkiness I have tasted in this style before was gone and the crips, clean, fresh tastes were all there. Would be great on a summer afternoon.

This beer is good and yellow in color with some head. The aroma is sweet but not strong. The taste was mildly fruity and very refreshing. A surprising pils.
