Apr 14, 2009 Tap @ Clocktower Cellar in Mammoth. Poured clear yellow-gold with a short, puffy white head. Average lacing. Floral, sweet grass and lemon peel aroma blended with the pilsner grain and hops. Well carbonated mouthfeel without stickiness. Clean, lemony-citrus taste throughout, strong yeast and grassy hops as well. Pleasant cereal grain flavor towards the finish. Sweet, dry finish. A very, very good pilsner

Mar 21, 2009 bottle honey colored beer with a tart hoppy aroma. There is a hint of orange to be noticed. Flavor is also very tart and is also bitter. The middle of the tongue is stimulated in a pleasant manner. Some apricot and honey are underlying tastes. There is some personality here and a nice "grab." There is also a surprisingly nice mouthfeel
