strong hop presence, another North Coast winner! But not really a pilsner.

tap at the flying saucer in addison. dark yellow pour with a fat white head. aroma is like cheesecake. grahama crackers, lemon and vanilla with a sweet note in the aroma. vanilla flavor that is crisp and smooth. leaves a nice mouthfeel. very dry doughy pizza crust flavor to this. i can detect some bitter in the finish. this would be great with some BBQ, maybe i detect some meatiness because of that thought, who knows? this is a nice quencher i will have again.

Bottle. Very light aroma - hard to discern. Light golden color. Crisp and bright flavor. A fantastic journey through the mouth. A pleasant and refreshing beer - very enjoyable.

An excellent, well rounded beer. The pilsener flavors rise well as you drink it, and it has good darkened color. Hints of pepper, nuts? Definitely a beer to enjoy, and one I would have again.

A little less bitter than other pilsners. Body very light and drinkable. Last night’s exploded on me, so I tried again today. Head was perfectly compact, color beautiful. The taste had a very slight sweetness at the sides of the tongue in the very back that was out of this world cool, and a little different from other recent pilsners I’ve recently sampled. Yum.
