500, corked and baled. Thanks, Homebrew! Pours a crystal clear pale yellow with a huge dense white foamy cream on top. Big tangy, almost pineapple-y nose. Creamy, sticky body. Fruity, tangy, pineppley mid-palate. Delicious. Some watermelon and bubble gum there as well. Mild sweet finish. Awesome, awesome beer.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear golden, no head. Vinous oak barrel aroma. Sweet and full bodied. Masively malty with well rounded mouthfeel. Intense flavour of lingoneberry and red wine. Not really that complex, but warming and wonderfully tasty

Huge head with roaring amount of carbonation coming up from the bottom of the glass. Looks like a maelstrom in there!! Nice golden color. Clear body so must be filtered. Yeasty Belgian-like aroma. Wow! flavor is really great. Not really picking up any major oakiness in it, but can detect a bit of the agave there. Tones of vanilla after it has sat in my glass for a bit. Agave also lingers on the palate for a bit. Not sure that American Strong was the right catagory when I added this as it really has lots of dubbel charactoristics to it.

From a bottle left over from the Strangebrew Beerfest in Euerka, CA this poured a light orange with an off-white head and rich lacing rings. Nose of of ripe fruit. Rich and creamy mouthfeel. Flavor is malty, with fruit notes. Hides the alcohol very well. Very enjoyable.

Bottle shared by iowaherkeye. Thanks! Poured a hazy medium orange color with a creamy white head. Smelled of apricot, peaches, cream, pineapple pastry, and clove. Medium bodied and slightly sweet with a splash of alcohol. Fruit forward with pineapple, passion fruit, and orange flavors. There was a pale malt backbone and some nonspecific spices. i also got some coconut after the finish.

Gold pour with no head. Very aromatic and fruity aroma with a triple like sweetness. Aroma follows through to the flavor with some butteryness and a hint of tequila and alcohol bite on the finish. Sticky, medium-full body with lots of carbonation.

500mL bottle from the brewery. Clear golden with a one finger off-white head, fair retention (served in my NC 20th Ann. stemmed glass). Belgian yeast up front in the aroma with some fruity peach, faint banana notes and candi sugar, honey, and white pepper behind. There is also a good amount of vanilla and oak. The flavor is spicier (with some spicy alcohol) and the oak is even more prominent. This makes me happier because the beer would probably have been a little too sweet otherwise. Semi-dry finish with bitterness around a 3, light alcohol burn. Full body with soft carbonation. Very tasty beer that I suppose will stand up to a good bit of aging.

Liquid Sunshine VII Tasting – Kirkland, WA
Aroma: Malty nose with lots of fruit almost like a strong IPA with pineapple.
Appearance: Golden yellow in color, Clear with a thin head.
Flavor: Sweet with agave nectar this was a great beer. The oak also came out and this was a strong alcohol beer.
Palate: Dry Sweet Finish, with a Good Mouthfeel.
Overall: Big beer this was excellent and the agave was so sweet and added to the flavor. A wonderful Anniversary beer.
