Bright copper-brown. Nutty, fruity aroma. Light bodied, nutty, some faint earth/yeast notes. Dry, crusty finish.

Thick, fruity, malty aroma upon opening but everything after that was a bit of a disapointment considering others I have had from North Coast. The flavor is complex but goes in too many directions at once to be enjoyable. Cinamon, pumpkin, anbd other spices going on. Bad mouthfeel - bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. May be better warmed up - like a cider. Nice thick copper appearance though. Thanks again to Aurelius for this one.

Lightly spiced in the nose with a slight caramel apple hint, the head pours big, then fades fast, but hangs for quite awhile around the edges. It shines like a brand new copper penny. This really isn’t hopped up very much, but it has an interesting spice twang as it finishes, a little bit of pine mixed with a light roasted malt. It’s a nice easy going seasonal.

Very different, interesting. I swear there was some wheat in here, first it was a wheat, then some kind of spicy belgian, then some bock-like qualities. Strange but pleasing.

Second winter brew of the night...(Blah on Sierra Nevada’s attempt on my tate buds) Second times a charm....? Very nice smell. Nice mild dark look. A nice lil bitter snap. Anyone now the alc of this brew? I liked it, other than the flatness. :)

Very light malt aroma. Overall taste somewhat flat. Not quite what I expected from North Coast.
