Bottle. Unusual flavour that was slightly sickly. Unlike some beers I just couldn’t take to the unusual taste and texture. Weird.

Cask (gravity dispense), Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Quite dark brown colour. The aroma is distinctly grassy, sappy and herbaceous in a - erm - nettley sort of way. Smooth, with a touch of sweetness on the palate, and a touch of underlying bitterness. An interesting and tasty beer. Well put together.

Gravity cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Green leafy hop aromas. Slight sweet with a tasy finish blending grassy leafy flavours and balanced malts.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Smooth, dark Bitter. Ruby /chestnut, with a frothy head. Choc/dark malt, with a hint of leather and tobacco. Nice blend - hops on finish provide a neat closing note.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 06. Chestnut colour. Odd limey flavour in mouth. Nice enough aroma, in fact the flavours are quite intense. NIce little number.
