Unprocessed honey and some mild toffee malt in the aroma. Fruity hops, mild and sweet. Golden amber clear with a slight haze and thin white head. Medium heavy watery body with mild-medium carbonation. Starts sweet with honey and neutral fruits and a mild off tanginess. Sugary, probably from maple syrup, though I can’t detect a distinct maple taste. Sweet finish with some citrus. Mild bitter after with sweet residues.
