eraserhd10 (226), new haven, Connecticut, USA Nov 15, 2003 This pale ale has the robust hopsy quality that is typical in many East Coast microbrews. Color is the typical, heavy brown. The taste is sweet, chalky and clovish and the finish is light, slightly bitter and refreshing.
altonbrownd (999), Amsterdam, Netherlands Oct 10, 2007 On tap at brewery. Orange colour. Really prickly. Citrus flavour. Nice texture. Bitter and pleasant finish. My favourite of the three I tried. TaktikMTL (2093), Montréal-Nord, Quebec, Canada Aug 30, 2007 En fût. (Rating #1196) JAF737300 (733), New York, New York, USA Jul 29, 2007 This beer pours mid amber with notes of citrus fruit form the hops. The palate shows the same amouint of hop fruit with a enhanced bitter finish. Sammy (3286), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 14, 2007 On-tap at the brewery. Amber body with minimal head. Orange grapefruit flavor. Full bitterness, bit not that greatly drinkable. JoeMcPhee (4061), Jackson Heights, New York, USA Jul 11, 2006 From a growler. Amber beer, thin white head. Hoppy aroma, a bit of citrus, light spiciness, pale malt and a bit of crystal. Some noticable sweet orangey aroma as well. Flavour is pretty decent. Oranges, light resin with a decent bready pale malt backbone. Moderate bitterness. Good balance.
