riversideAK (1649), Shoreline, Washington, USA Apr 19, 2008 Big butterscotch nose. Not much else except maybe some light floral hops. Perhaps a little vanilla. Pours a dark amber with a thin head. Diacetyl, toffee, caramel malt, and some floral hops round out this one. A sweet lingering butterscotch flavor. Bad bottle eh? presario (2447), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Mar 26, 2008 Sample tray. Dark reddish amber. Nice hop flavour with apricot and melon. Notes of wood and toffee. I could drink a few of these. auderale (466), Fairchild AFB, Washington, USA Jan 20, 2008 Draft: Golden colored pour with huge head. Spicy, malty aroma with a little hops. A nice crispy bitter malty finish. Scoutman (14), USA Dec 16, 2007 On tap at the brewery,
Not much nose or head, but a nice bitter none the less. Excellent clarity and copper color. Nice malty backbone, It cold have used perhaps a little more caramel malt for sweetness. Very pleasant brew with lunch
