May 15, 2007 A Sim rate (Cask at The Junction Tavern): Very malty flavour with slight fruit and nut. Malt and obvious hop in the aroma. Colour is gorgeous amber red and brown with nice lace. The only thing missing is a big head.

Jul 1, 2004 Red and purple in colour with a yellow tinted head. Aromas are spicy and hoppy. Flavours are smooth malts with some soapiness. Nice mouthfeel. Hoppy on the finish. Solid, if a little predictable.
