I’m not sure what the brewer’s intent was here, but it went unappreciated by this beer drinker. The aroma was a light caramel with a candy corn, cloying sweetness, and the flavor was true to the nose. The slight nutty bitterness to the finish neither added nor detracted from the disappointing experience.

Light amber color with a smaller off white head. Mild wheat sweetness followed by a mild dry honey aroma. Simple and straightforward. Cereal and mild wheat flavors as well.

Sample at the brewpub. Darkish clear honey with a touch of cloudiness; nose is honey-sweet, a bit weak initially but nicely warm later with a touch of flowers; body similarly sweet and uncomplicated, touch of vanilla and a bit of pale malt..ending just a bit too thin but overall this is easily the most drinkable beer from the brewer.

Picked up a single 12-oz bottle from the brewpub. Pours a clear drown amber brew with a fast dissolving white head. Dissolves to a fine film and a thin white ring. Aroma is very light with a touch of wheat, flowery hops and some roasted honey. Taste is highly carbonated, some toasted wheat malt, with a touch of caramel. Finish is clean, watery and hardly any bitterness if any.

Light gold color with no head. Sweet and slightly moldy corn aroma and taste. It’s pretty much the same as any of their other beers. You have to wonder if these are all from the same keg.

Appearance: Pours a light, clear brownish-amber body with a thin, white head. Smell: Light, toasted caramel in the nose along with a displeasing, worrisome amount of butter. Ugh. Taste: More of that thin, toasted caramel character with a hint of grains slathered in freshly-churned butter. Finishes dry and buttery. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation. Decidedly slick mouthfeel. Drinkability: One of the most aptly names beers I’ve ever come across. Bonus points for honesty!

12oz can. Pours a bright, clear amber-orange color; light tan head with good retention and significant lacing; this beer looks lovely, but it’s downhill from there. Lots of diacetyl, stale malts, and terribly overripe fruits in the nose; not pleasant; soured, rank, offensive. Light carbonation and watery presence in the mouth: the butter infection survives strongly in the mouth, with the same stale malts, wet cereal, and water that does very little to prove distracting; a very watery, unpleasant beer; I’m not drinking the rest of this. Medium finish of wet malts and cereal; lightly sweet. I should know better to search for a beer in the database by typing "crap."
