On draught at the Eau Claire brewpub location. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a fast dissolving off-white head that leaves behind a thin white ring, no lacing, nor any film top. Aroma of light bread malt, some sugared bubble gum and a touch of citrus. Taste is light bodied, well-carbonated with a thin light bread malt and bubble gum flavor. Finish is watery, crisp and almost clean with a light bubble gum aftertaste. So far, the lightest holiday brew I’ve tried to this day.
