May 3, 2007 Updated: May 8, 2007On tap at both Chetek and Eau Claire brewpub locations. The tap marker at both brewpubs do not have any special brand name except the three letters I P A. So... I’ll just call this Northwoods IPA. This brew pours a semi-hazy light golden color with a light fast dissolving white head. Aroma has the piney hops, grapefruit, some lime peel, and some cornish/barley malt. Taste is light body, medium carbonation and a watery finish. Not much hop bite in the aftertaste. Too clean finish. 5/8/07 - The brewpub just sent me the actual name of the product: Northwoods Sawmill IPA
