Claims to be unfiltered, but it’s really qutie remarkably clear for an unfiltered beer. Marginally hazy at best. Nose sweet, some vanilla and yeastiness. Flavor is very malty, berry sweet. Some banana to it, but not hugely wheaty. Also a bit hoppier than expected. Not a normal wheat, but not bad.

I picked this up at one of the best supermarkets in Minocqua on my annual family trip to the northwoods. I drank one there, but didn't have very good conditions. I drank another at home with a proper glass at proper conditions, and it improved mightily. It has yeast, a cloudy amber color, and not a very long lasting head, but good lacing. The malt was slightly overshadowed by the bitey, grassy hops, and it tasted like not enough wheat protein was filtered out. It had a slightly sweet nutty taste I thought was out of place. I like wheat beers of all types, and will re-think my way through the six-pack, but it seems something was very different about this one. Don't know if I'd recommend it.

A decent American wheat. A hazy yellow colour. Big but short lasting head. It tasted wheaty but very thin. Finishes smooth.

Lightly hazed pale straw color with a ring of white bubbles on the rim of the glass. Very light aromas of light orange zest. Mild flavors of sweet citrus and a hint of wheat. Fairly bitter from a lack of balance.

Sweet. Blond color. Very much like "Tommknockers" american wheat.

Picked up single 12-oz bottle from brewpub. Pours a clear golden pale blonde brew with an average off white head that dissolves to a fine film and white ring. Nice lacing. Aroma of some flowery hops, light wheat malt and a touch of yeast and banana. Taste is highly carbonated, a touch of sourness on the tongue with a dry flowery hot finish. Palate is slightly watery.

Pours golden yellow with white head. Weak grains and floral hops on the nose with a flavor to match. Better than most of their stuff, but much worse than a lot of everything else out there.
