Reddish brown coloured, small tan head, light caramel chocolate nose. Malty, light hoppy, caramel and some herbs in the taste with a bit too strong sugary notes. Light caramel finish, but overall a way too sweet beer. Darkover (1313), Columbus, Ohio, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 2, 2008 Bottle. An almost clear, amber brown beer with a decent beige head. Nice aroma, sweetish, malty and fruity, with both dried and some fresh fruits. Caramel and some roasted malt too. Sweet, roasted flavor with dried fruits, some smooth coffee-like flavors and a little alcohol touch. A pleasant bittness towards the finish. Still, the aroma is slightly better. Medium to full body with a pleasant finish. A nice dunkel. (081002) KimJohansen (7049), Copenhagen V, Denmark
