Noble hop and biscuit aroma. Light body and medium carbonation. Very light sweetness to the taste, nutty, burnt sugar. Crisp, floral and lightly bitter finish. Easy drinker, but I wouldn’t be against a little more malt presence. badlizard (2358), Berkeley, California, USA

The aroma was Munich malt and chocolate with caramel through the moussy brown head. The beer poured brown with an amber highlight coupled to a tall small bubbled head which lasted well to lace the glass. The flavor was malty with a light bit of smoke in the chocolate, nutty and caramel world. The flavor was toasty and had just a bit of a grassy character. The finish was dry with lasting light bittering into the aftertaste. The body was medium, or just a skinch below, the carbonation was moderate and the beer was almost creamy on the palate. A decent beer, quite enjoyable to consume. 12 ounce bottle. Purchased at Trader Joes. BelgianBeerGal (1303), Sabbatical in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Dark mahogany color with a little tan head. A bit thin in body, and the carbonation is mild and fizzy. The flavor seems to be light chocolate and medium roasted malt. The slightly sweet finish has a decent amount of bitter, and coffee seems to be present now. Drinks well. mjg74 (1998), La Mesa, California, USA
