Jan 31, 2009 Bottle. Thanks Shachar. Best before 11/08. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma of hops, flowers, light piney note, honey and some malt. Rather bitter flavor with decent hoppiness, some earthy and floral notes and some sweet malt and nuts notes. Medium-bodied. Nevermind the BBD, this one is quite enjoyable.

Oct 20, 2008 I liked this one. Not unique, but a solid offering. A nice nutty malt character, with a decent hopping. Some grassy notes that fit in well. Good job.

Jun 7, 2008 Well, apparently I was digging this a lot more than everyone else. A nice malty, smokeyness type thing going, full of flavor. Bueno. These guys don’t know what they’re talking about.

May 22, 2008 A pleasant pale with flavors of pine and grassy hops mingling with wheat and a very light malt finish coming through. The downside is that it’s not a very complex brew--but quite drinkable nonetheless.

May 5, 2008 This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium golden color with a large white head. The aroma was sour and tangy with a hint of butterscotch. The flavor was bitter, tangy and had notes of butterscotch and caramel. There was a trace of fruitiness underneath. The finish was long bitter and tangy.

Apr 25, 2008 Bottle. Pours golden with a light aroma. Flavor is more soft than hop, but not bad, and had a touch of hops at the end. Not bad, but not a lot of bite. Not bad if that is what your after.

Apr 12, 2008 A nice all around Pale Ale. Golden brown color that pours a fairly thick head that leaves quite a bit of lace. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth this was and by how well balanced the flavor seemed to be. Sweet malty taste with hops a smooth finish, hint of bitter. None of the characteristics really overshadowed the other, thought I thought it had more malts than anything else. It’s not the best Pale Ale I’ve had, but I did enjoy it.
