Bottle at home. Almost black - light yellow/brown head. Burned, licorice, spicy, piney, sweetness, dried dark fruits. too many spices.

Jun 15, 2008 Bottle @ Maria tasting. Copper colour with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, roasted malt. Flavour is sweet, hop, caramel, dried fruit, roasted malt. full body and a nice beer.

Clear medium amber brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, fruity, sugar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)
