liinis (525), Finland Jun 9, 2008 orange golden and a bit murky. white head. Bitter as the label promises. Quite lovely bitter hops that remind me of english ale hops (?) in both aroma and flavor. very delicious, but a bit stingy and watery in the end. in the end also peppermint-like refreshing feeling. maybe a bit of a bit too fizzy, but when you leave a while in the glass it gets better.

Smells sweet and complex of malt, grapefruit hops and yeast (smells belgian). Hoppy taste. Booth malt and hops in the aftertaste. Bitter and refreshing. Body is a little thinn. Overall: One of the best swedish beers i’ve ever had. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 16, 2008 (On tap) Clear amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Aroma of yeast and fruit. Medium body with fruits, nuts and a distinct yeasty note. Bitter finish. Somehow manages to appear more Belgian then British! 190908 gunnfryd (2924), Kristiansand, Norway Oct 27, 2008 Bottle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit, malt, fruit.
