Bottle@Home. Cinnamon and dark dried fruits aroma. Dark brown colour, light brown head, good lace. Light sweet, pretty bitter, very spiced, cinnamon mainly, roasted malts. Dry mouth feel. Too much bitter spices for me.

Nov 18, 2009 Aroma has roasted malts and spice, some anice, some fruitiness. Black coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is sweet, roasted, and spicy. medium bodied. Not bad.

Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Dark brown color. Anis and vanilla in the aroma. Anis, cardemom, orange peel and coreander in the malty flavor. Spicy beer, but the amount of spices stays within the limits of the acceptable.

Oct 12, 2009 Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2009) - Dark brown with red tinges. Fruity aroma with hints of marzipan, raisins and spice. Spicy and fruity taste with raisins, spice and malt, with a hint of caramel and marzipan.

Jan 24, 2009 Bottle, 50 cl - Dark brown beer with a huge brown head. Aroma is sweet with hints of yeast and spices. Flavor is roasty and smokey with strong notes of herbs, spices and some grass. Quite enjoyable.

Dec 25, 2008 Flaske. Mørkebru øl, med en meget krydret duf. Brunkage og jul kommer til tankerne. Det samme slår meget kraftigt igennem i smagen, som bliver en tand for klæbrig i længden. Den er simpelthen for julet.
