Clear golden color with a frothy white head. Fresh hoppy aroma with hints of citrus, tobacco, flowery perfume and grass. Crisp flavor of herbs, hops and citrus. Aftertaste is really dry and with a strong taste of grapefruitpeel.

Beutifully golden with a thick long lasting head. A dry, somewhat malty flavour with some spice, yeast and a hoppy bitterness. Very good.

Comments: I had 3 pints of that while in Sweden and were it not for Jamtlands Heaven, I’d have gotten more. Lean bodied and crisp, elegant pilsner that does not really feel Czech with the minimalist approach its malts take. Really hay-like, never toasty or biscuity (else it’d be perfect), but the hop attack is confident, strong, very floral and fresh. Delicate herbal intricacies. Very clean and clear, but a gorgeous example of a bitter and poundable pils.
