A Mes rate: Draught at the Bishops in Malmö. Aroma of vanilla and hops. Creamy and citric with a slight sweetness. Gold colour with a good white head. Flavour is crisp, wheaty and hoppy. Very very good in the palate considering what it is. A pretty impressive pils.

(Draught) Yellow colored, lively carbonation. Hops, flowers, lemon in grassy, rich pilsner aroma. Medium bodied. Flavor is also hopped with floral and hayish, let’s say Swedish tones. Dry aftertaste with soapy touch. Some yeast in aftertaste. Hope to re-rate this someday.

Draught at Bishops Arms, Göteborg. Pours a clear pale golden colour, with a fluffy white head. Wonderful complex mix of grainy, bready malt, and a palette of herbal, grassy hops. Smooth mouthfeel, perfect carbonation, a light sweetness that is overthrown by a firm bitterness in the aftertaste. Superb pils, but feels more like a german pils to me.

Bottle at Delirium café. Clear golden colour, white head. Resin & hop aroma. Quite bitter and hoppy taste. I’ll buy a box when it turns up at sytembolaget!

Bottle, SBWF 06. Almost clear golden colour. Small white head. Rather flavourful, some good alcohol mouthfeel. Quite malty flavour, a little sweet. The sweetness seems to come from the hops. Medium to high bitterness.

Clear yellow color, sparkling. Big, frothy white head. Aroma is citrusy, flowery with some notes of cereal and a bit sweet. Flavor is mostly sweet, with a bitter end, refreshing, hoppy and a bit herbal. Chalky aftertaste.

Pours a clear lively golden color. Head is big, white and frothy showing good retention. It leaves a great lacing. Aroma is citric, herbal, extremely fresh and straight-forward hoppy and clean at the same time. There are notes of lemon, grass, very Saazy with a little of straw from the barley malt. Flavor is refreshing, bitter with lots of hop flavors. I recognize inmediately a citrusy, grassy taste. Some herbal, fresh notes, maybe a little of peppermint. A straight forward bitterness that I like. Beautiful. Body is fair for a Pilsener. Watery mouthfeel, crisp. Medium carbonation. Alcohol unnoticeable. Long citrusy finish and aftertaste. A really nice pilsener.
