Aroma is brown sugar, molasses, and smoke. Flavor exhibits all of the before mentioned qualities along with caramel, cotton candy, and a beautiful alcohol kick. The nose is brown sugar, light hops and some alcohol. The taste is caramel, molasses and a slight boozy finish. Medium bodied – decent scotch ale. Flavor was sweet and alcohol kick was little rough for third beer of the fest.
