johntreeter (115), Greenwood, Indiana, USA Oct 4, 2008 Growler. Pours a very cloudy creamy blonde color with a thin white head that leaves great lacing. Lemon and spice dominates the nose with hints of bread and/or yeast in the background. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon, orange, some light spice, and a little yeast with a slightly bitter and tart refreshing finish. Med body, soft carb, creamy texture, and watery feel. Great tirst quinching brew. This is a good starter beer for those who are just sarting into craft beer. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA Aug 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazed yellow with no head and no discernable carbonation. Nose is citrus and spices. Flavor was filled with spice and sweet breakfast bread, with some orange zest. A very delicious wit. I’m a little puzzled by the lackof carbonation, but the flavors were totally there. Thanks to lewis13 for this one. heemer77 (3782), Savannah, Missouri, USA Apr 19, 2008 Bottle. Hints of haze in the pale yellow body. The aroma had lots of the corriander and orange zest. There was also some green tea. The taste was strogn citrus oranges with some bread crust. There was also almond shells. Other than the too pale appearance, this was a nice wit. jjpm74 (3155), Stratford, CT 06614, Connecticut, USA Apr 1, 2008 Bottle courtesy of stfun.
