Pours a hazy yellow golden with a medium white sudsy froth that fades into a dense cream. Fragrant aroma, peachy, apple, juicy, sweet, well integrated spices. This is a very nice Belgian White, it hasn’t been rated in a while so I’m wondering how much of a recipe update they have done because this is quite good. Taste is sweet but not assertive, soft fruits, peaches, apples, hint of floral notes, light spices, orange slices, nice wheat profile, quick dry finish. A very nice drinking wit that has great balance, not overly sweet or spiced. Medium body, a bit chalky but mostly a juicy feeling, softer medium soda carbonation. topherh (940), Kearney, Missouri, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 20, 2008 An OK Wit, but didn’t really get me excited. I really hated this the first time I had it, but it has grown on me some. Like another review said, this is actually an enjoyable intro wit beer, and a step up from some, but not as good as some, especially considering Brugge is now releasing their Wit in bottles. Still, this is a good sipper that is low enough in ABV to be a nice change of pace in summer. johntreeter (122), Greenwood, Indiana, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Oct 4, 2008 Growler. Pours a very cloudy creamy blonde color with a thin white head that leaves great lacing. Lemon and spice dominates the nose with hints of bread and/or yeast in the background. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon, orange, some light spice, and a little yeast with a slightly bitter and tart refreshing finish. Med body, soft carb, creamy texture, and watery feel. Great tirst quinching brew. This is a good starter beer for those who are just sarting into craft beer. Thaichile (599), 10aFly, New Jersey, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Aug 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazed yellow with no head and no discernable carbonation. Nose is citrus and spices. Flavor was filled with spice and sweet breakfast bread, with some orange zest. A very delicious wit. I’m a little puzzled by the lackof carbonation, but the flavors were totally there. Thanks to lewis13 for this one. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 19, 2008 Bottle. Hints of haze in the pale yellow body. The aroma had lots of the corriander and orange zest. There was also some green tea. The taste was strogn citrus oranges with some bread crust. There was also almond shells. Other than the too pale appearance, this was a nice wit. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
