Draft at brewpub. Poured straw color with a moderate white head that lasted. Medium grapefruity aroma. Light body. Average smooth sour wit flavor with a medium finish. Interesting brew.

On tap at Oaken Barrel. Pours a nasty looking hazy light yellow with a minimal white head. Some very light peach and floral hops on the nose. Very hard to detect anything. Peach is the overwhelming flavor with alcohol actually coming through. The finish is extremely watery and abrupt. A faint grassy hop tries to hang on but doesn’t. Is there some type of melon present? Feels like sparkling water. Assaulting to look at and no smell or taste. Not good. Not good at all.

Fruity nose of bubble gum and plums; light citrus notes as brew warms. Pours a sparkling hazy straw. The frothy white head is mostly lasting and leaves light web of lace. The brew starts neutral with a moderate acidic middle. The finish is somewhat tart. The thin watery body is lively and feels dry at the finish.

Golden body. Pleasant floral aroma. Very light on the pallet. Nice summer beer. It was very good on tap but didn’t hold up well in a growler.

GABF 2005: I didn’t see much, smell much, or taste much. I’m again forced to wonder if it was over powered by other beers I had that day.

Good stuff. Nice spicy aroma (orange, coriander), lemony wheat flavor, with definite Wit spice punch. Refreshing yet interesting-hard to do. Good brew, good brewery.

Blonde and cloudy, this brew is pleasantly spiced with orange peel and coriander. Slightly detectable in aroma, but certainly strong in the flavor. I detected a hint of clove, though there’s no clove in it. Nice balance between sweet and bitter. A refreshing, mildly spiced brew.
