Found this one bottled at a liquor store in St. John, Indiana, as part of a mix 12 pack of various beers from Indiana brewers. Clear, medium yellow pour with a nice, thick white head, a very pronounced and complicated nose of orange, grape, and rye, flavor is potent, complex, with plum, lemon, spice and flowers. Strong, fortified finish. I was pleasantly surprised by this brew!

Growler. Pours a very cloudy creamy blonde color with a thin white head that leaves great lacing. Lemon and spice dominates the nose with hints of bread and/or yeast in the background. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon, orange, some light spice, and a little yeast with a slightly bitter and tart refreshing finish. Med body, soft carb, creamy texture, and watery feel. Great tirst quinching brew. This is a good starter beer for those who are just sarting into craft beer.

Exemplary belgian yeast is balanced nicely with bittering orange peel and coriander. A lot is going on in the body, yet the flavors seem to really shine on their own. A great example of the possible complexity of the style from a great brewery!

Good stuff. Nice spicy aroma (orange, coriander), lemony wheat flavor, with definite Wit spice punch. Refreshing yet interesting-hard to do. Good brew, good brewery.

Draught at the brewpub. Definitely a wit - firmly spiced/coriandered with citrus and yeast, good blend. Opaque cloudy banana color. Small lacing white head. Some nice biscuity, pretzelly malt shining through the lemon, yeast, and coriander. Medium body, smooth mf, with a tart smack for a finish and a lightly bitter aftertaste. Excellent! A nudge better than Upland’s.

Pours cloudy, yellow with a fine, white head. Aroma is mildly sour with some citrus qualities to it. Flavor is lightly yeasty, somewhat sour, with citrus, coriander, and banana flavors. Moderate mouth feel. I really like this beer a lot. Not completely traditional belgian, but it’s good enough by my standards.

Fruity nose of bubble gum and plums; light citrus notes as brew warms. Pours a sparkling hazy straw. The frothy white head is mostly lasting and leaves light web of lace. The brew starts neutral with a moderate acidic middle. The finish is somewhat tart. The thin watery body is lively and feels dry at the finish.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow golden with a medium white sudsy froth that fades into a dense cream. Fragrant aroma, peachy, apple, juicy, sweet, well integrated spices. This is a very nice Belgian White, it hasn’t been rated in a while so I’m wondering how much of a recipe update they have done because this is quite good. Taste is sweet but not assertive, soft fruits, peaches, apples, hint of floral notes, light spices, orange slices, nice wheat profile, quick dry finish. A very nice drinking wit that has great balance, not overly sweet or spiced. Medium body, a bit chalky but mostly a juicy feeling, softer medium soda carbonation.
