Straw yellow out of the bottle with a loose white head. Syrup sweet nose. Simplistic flavor profile with honey, white wine and some spices. It got a little cloying as it warmed. (Cloy is a verb, Mike. Look it up.)

Opening Beer-- middle of nowhere labor day 2006: Yummy. Smells likes peaches, taste of sweet sugary fruit--apricots. (NO FISH HERE OR GENTLE TEASING--cloy v. coy debate). Just subtle sweetness with a lingering finish.

Bottle shared with the middle-of-nowhere Ohio crew, thanks Jeff: Golden hued with a small fizzy head and zip for lacing (not good for tripel). The nose detects apricot, straw and hay, grassy hops, honey, sugar, and it is phenolic. The taste is sweet and sugary with a fruity backbone. Additionally I found some pepper and clove towards the finish. Very average and a touch CLOY.

Thanks to Dan aka newcastle for this in a great trade. Lots of fruit on the nose with a little bit of spice coming around.Has a bit of a Tang flavor with lots of other fruit. It is refreshing ain a big way. Not a loy of depth but still not a bad brew by any means. Thanks Dan.

Thanks to hopdog for this... Appears a light gold with a small white cap that fades out quickly. Small streams of bubbles rise quickly to the top. Tiny traces of lacing is left around the glass. Smell is of peaches, ncetarines, apricots, candy sugar, and yeast. Taste is of the same aromas with a mild amount of spice. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with seemingly near perfect carbonation that plays along the palate.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with atpayne (thanks!). Poured a medium and clear golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of fruits, light spices, yeast and some candi sugar. Fruity tasting with light spices, citrus and light yeast. I found this one to not be overly sweet like some of the tripels I’ve had of late.

Shared bottle compliments of hopdog. Pours a nice golden color. Malty aroma w/ hints of the alcohol and a little fruitiness. Small head. Very sweet at first sip on the lips, but balances out a little. Decent tripel.

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a translucent golden with some amber coming through and a small bubbly white head. Aroma of light fruits, nail polish remover and Belgian spices. Flavor was also spicey with some yeast, citrus and a bit watery.
