12oz bottle acquired in trade with atpayne (thanks!). Poured a medium and clear golden color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of fruits, light spices, yeast and some candi sugar. Fruity tasting with light spices, citrus and light yeast. I found this one to not be overly sweet like some of the tripels I’ve had of late.

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a thin ring of small-bubbled wispy-white head. Aroma of orange citrus and pale malts with some phenols. Body starts fairly full and viscous with some bready yeasty and sweet malt and honey notes along with a touch of light fruity flavors before a warming finish. Has some decent authenticity but needs more balance.

Pours gold with a white, lasting fluffy head. Smells of citrus, some dry malt, some perfumy hints. Tastes of citrus, some sweet candi sugar, grassy, spicy. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Crown #19. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast, sweet malt and small fruity aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and lively carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable beer that is average for style.

Bottle shared with the middle-of-nowhere Ohio crew, thanks Jeff: Golden hued with a small fizzy head and zip for lacing (not good for tripel). The nose detects apricot, straw and hay, grassy hops, honey, sugar, and it is phenolic. The taste is sweet and sugary with a fruity backbone. Additionally I found some pepper and clove towards the finish. Very average and a touch CLOY.

This bottled brew poured a small sized head of foamy frothy topped white colored fine to medium sized mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a softly carbonated slightly hazy dark yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was malty and yeasty with a mild orange note. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish with a vinous mid point and a lingering mild malty orangeish fruity flavor. Funny how our ratings on this differ when we both drank from the same bottle!

Thanks to hopdog. Pours a translucent golden with some amber coming through and a small bubbly white head. Aroma of light fruits, nail polish remover and Belgian spices. Flavor was also spicey with some yeast, citrus and a bit watery.
