Good fresh brewpub APA. Dry-hopped, typically citrusy/floral Cascade approach (a good one), yet manages a fairly rich caramel malt character. Could stand a tiny bit more hop, but they make an assertive IPA, so there needs to be some separation, I suppose. Quite drinkable during a game or any other time.

Nice golden color, white head and some lacing. Citrus with the smell of hops dominating. A bit on the weak side hop wise for a pale ale, the malts were stronger than expected. Was nice on a deck looking across the lake on a Friday evening!

Deep gold/amber color, with a white head. Aromas are grapefruit, hops, and pine. Flavor is very much like the aroma, but with some malt as well. Body is on the thin side.

Bottle courtesy of Wohlfs. Pours amber with little head. Aroma is slighly muted, mostly c-hops with a tiny bit of skunk. Flavor much the same with a decent hops finish. Nice long hop aftertaste. A nice summer bbq brew.

This pale ale pours a clear honey color with a small white head. The lighter citrus hops in the finish balance well with the caramel sweet malts up front, all of which remained rather mild in this beer. Not a bad APA, but a very mild APA in my opinion.

Bottle: Light aroma of sweet grapefruit. Mostly transparent orange, very slight haze, with a nice white head with decent retention. Real light caramel up front with a decent hop finish. Moderate hoppy aftertaste. I like it more than most. Thanks to wolhfs.

March Tosa Tasting ala MrFacto. Hazy Golden color with a small white head. Citrus and floral aromas with only a hint of malt. Slightly bitter grapefruit comes to mind with the first sip. No malt depth or real presence for that matter. More grapefruit zest in the finish with not malt to help.

Pours a clear amber color, small white head. Aroma of citrus, and pine. Flavor is smooth and sweet. Lots of malt with a hop kick of lemons pine and grapefruit. Thanks to JCapriotti for sharing this one.
