| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 29, 2003 Slightly hazy amber hue with an orange tint. Very little head to speak of. White and quickly diminishing.
The nose is very malty with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, alcohol and orange blossom honey.
Weird, astringent, lighter fluid flavor up front. Quickly changes course with a moderately malty flavor. Balanced out nicely with a lightly pungent and bitter hop presence on the backside. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel and lively carbonation.
Medium-length, slightly sweet and grassy finish. Cletus (5058), Connecticut, USA
