Jan 21, 2008 Small light head that dissipitated quickly & left a nice clean-looking lace. Served with a lemon wedge. Very mild wheat & lemon flavors (duh!) Just the right amount of carbonation for a light wheat. Served draft so no "beer pulp" from the bottle :( Not as good as a German wheat but still a nice beer. Not too sour. A murky uniform appearance that unfortunately didn’t have any yeast foaties (beer pulp.)

Apr 15, 2004 Cloudy blonde weissbier served seasonally at the brewpub. Clovey aroma was about right. The head died as I sat watching. Taste is a bit tart for the style.
