Fruit and hop aromas. Amber coloured floral hoppy and fruity with a little dryness in a crisp and bitter malt finish.

Nov 13, 2009 Cask, Criterion, Leicester. Golden with a thin head. Aromas are herbal with lots of spices. Grapefruit and oranges with caramel base malts. Flavours are caramel and toffee malts with herbal and hoppy notes. A typically decent hoppy Oakham brew.

Nov 9, 2009 Cask in the Market Porter. Alround rating: Citrus, tangarine, mango, excellent bitterness, very very light caramel malt character, massivly drinkable. Utterly fantastic.

Oct 19, 2009 Cask handpull, The Waggon and Horses, Halesowen. Deep tawny amber for Oakham, but all the pineapple and passion fruit hop goodness in the aroma you’d expect. Silky tropical hoppage, bags of lace, soft resinous citrus and creamy malt. Balanced and lovely.
