Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - Winter.
This tawny red coloured beer was originally the Oakham winter warmer. Its engulfing malt taste reveals a spicy bitter finish with citrus hop overtones.

1. Cask Stillage at the Metropolitan Cathedral Crypt, Liverpool 21/02/2002 Mid brown coloured with some alcohol. Rich on the palate. Some wheat flavour and a slightly hoppy finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the White Horse, London SW6 23/11/2002 Mid brown amber coloured and strong in alcohol. Some spicy aroma. Slightly dry finish.
