Has a fruity boiled sweet aroma, with a hint of citrus. The fruitiness blends in to the background when it comes to the taste. The foreground is all about orange peel bitterness and flavours, and perhaps a touch of brazil nut. Full bodied with a long bitter aftertaste. Aroma of red fruits, orange peel, caramel and spicy hops. Flavour started with some sweet malt, redcurrants, earthy hops and a long bitter finish. An excellent strong bitter. Pours clear, deep amber with a huge foam. Grassy and piney hop aroma. Piney bitterness, some sweet maltiness, but still quite dry. Hint of oranges. A bit thin texture. Sweet hop aroma with a background that was more pear than citrus. Fruity taste with a mid bitter finish. Nice pint.
