I know my beer and I was very impressed with this one. Yeah, there’s nothing special about it - there’s no hop kick or ester flavors from the yeast. But, what you have is a very smooth, well balanced wheat ale. I could accidentally drink 20 of these. Beardface (1036), Eugene, Oregon, USA

Pours a sickly looking yellow with a pretty nice white head. Very bland, yeasty and wheaty and made me a little bit nauseous. 2 dollar pints are hard to pass up though, so it goes. beerinmarch (2829), Washington, USA

This is somewhere stuck between an american wheat and a subtle german wheat, it has just a touch of spiciness to it, but is bland by calling. Utterly unspecial, but probably a crowd pleaser in its own calling. Soft wheat, watery palate, no good dry crispness or full body of a German wheat, no esters. Yeasty, nutty esters. No real phenolic notes. American style weizen brew. Sweet, creamy finish with a little tang. Not totally my thing, but decent.
