Bottle green, 500 ml, 11.5 P, unfiltered, unpasteurized, contains barley and wheat malts, malt syrup, hops, pectines, coriander, yeast strains. Does not contain any accelerators of fermentation and genetically modified ingredients.
Appearance: Pours hazy to cloudy to murky honey like, blonde body with a moderate carbonation and gentle saturation. Head is huge, frothy to creamy, snowy white in colour, very impressive, nice, dense and compact with partial lacing. There are yeast sediments floating in the body texture.
Aroma: Nice pronounced and natural aroma of coriander (cilantro), white bread, fresh peach, some sourness and accidity, barley malt and wheat malt hidding together with yeasty touch at the bacground, pear, clove, very well hidden alcohol, refreshing and inviting fragrance in the overall impression, honey.
Flavour: Front is very soft on palate and in texture, at front barley and wheat malt are present together with accidity and notes of cookies with yeast. Generally there ia a bitter taste from hops flowery and spicy notes. Spices present are especially coriander but also clove.
Similar to a black flavoured peach tea. Peach and pear accents. Finish duration is moderate, refreshing eastery finish.
Palate: Body is light, texture is very soft, silky but with intensive effervescence of a natural origin, finish feel is strongly astringent and spicy with bready grainy - cereal notes and slightly fresh and soft fruity accents.
thewolf (3983), Kolding, Denmark Feb 6, 2008 Bottle, from Poland. [thank you, Aga]
Pours a very pale golden with a slight haze. Small frothy white head. Powerful citric fruity aroma, some apples and lots of coriander. A bit hin mouthfeel. Very spicy dry mouthfeel. Lots of coriander mixing with a slight malty backbone. Quite refreshing, but a touch unbalanced. larsga (2319), Oslo, Norway Sep 15, 2006 Small white head, hazy yellow body. Mealy, yeasty, citric aroma. Taste is citric and spicy, with coriander and flour notes. A bit watery. Dry, almost tart aftertaste. Pale hazy yellow. Fresh, citrusy nose, with notes of ginger. Dry in flavour, soft mouthfeel and very light. Long, big flavour. Tranquillity (1074), Espoo, Finland Jun 2, 2006 Bottle, 500ml. Pours with no head to mention. The colour is strange, Fanta or Jaffa if you know what that is. A bit more opaque, though. The arome is remarcably close to a strong lager. DAngerous to spill on the keyboard. The flavours are there, reminding of wheat, orange and perfume, but they are not that strong. And they evenetually evolve into a horrific aftertaste which feels like dirt left on the bottom of the flask. A bit disappointing.
