Shimmering golden, medium white head. Lemon and grass flavor, slightly sweet honeysuckle is barely detectable, finishes more grassy and bitter. Not a half bad lager. There’s some nice things happening. The problem is you need to strain to find them.

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Sep 3, 2009 Pours pale yellow with a thin white head from a can. Kind of fizzy with a watery palate. Not much aroma -- sort of malty/adjunct sweet with very little hoppiness. Flavor doesn’t offer much more: some skunky, metallic flavors and some adjunct-induced sweetness. Taste gets markedly worse as it warms. A very average European lager improved by the fact that it was drunk on a bench in a quiet park in Odessa, Ukraine. fonefan (11891), VestJylland, Denmark
