Jan 6, 2008 Tap @ the pub. Poured a clear amber color. Toffee aroma with some sweetness and earthy notes. The flavor was toasty with bread crust and an earthy hop finish. Light to medium body with a somewhat dry finish.

Dec 5, 2007 OC Tour, tap at brewpub: Clean amber with a fizzy head. The aroma has grassy hops, a hint of grapefruit, caramel and a note of soap. The taste has some twangy fruit and pale malt along with hint of DMS and pepper. The mouth feel is lively and light-bodied. Never mind on this brew.

Aug 24, 2005 Bright red appearance. Fruity, berry, jammy aroma. Mild bodied, fairly hoppy citrus and spice, fruity berry runs throughout. Pretty light red ale but pretty tastey.
