fiulijn (5695), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Mar 5, 2008 Draught at Rover, Göteborg Golden color, with a wonderful creamy head, very resistant. Nice hoppy aroma, creamy; Hallertau? The body is quite thin, missing the crisp malt, with a shadow of cereals flavor; it has a strong bitterness, but not reaching the quality heights of the very good Pilsners. If possible, the bitterness at the end is even slightly excessive. It’s a bit above the average Pilsner.
