Aroma: A prominent intense hop aroma with a citrusy, floral, perfume-like, resinous, piney, fruity character derived from American hops. Dry hopped additional grassy aroma. Some clean malty sweetness. Fruitiness, are from esters or hops present. Some alcohol noted. Appearance: Color medium reddish copper; Crystal clear, Good head stand persist. Flavor: Hop flavor is high, and reflects an American hop character with citrusy, floral, resinous, piney or fruity aspects. Very high hop bitterness, although the malt backbone supports the strong hop character and provides balance. Malt flavor medium, and is clean and malty sweet. No diacetyl. The bitterness lingers into the aftertaste but not be harsh. Medium-dry. Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium-light to medium-bodied mouthfeel without hop-derived astringency, Some smooth alcohol warming sensed. Overall Impression: A decidedly hoppy and bitter, moderately strong American pale ale. Side Note: At Ps and Qs pub in Oceanside, Bartender explained it is 7 "C"s as each of the 7 hop varieties starts with the letter "C" A perfect example of style and a perfect beer in my opinion

On tap at Pizza Port. Slightly hazy golden color with white head. Grain, biscuits with floral hops. Piney, orange, and dry bread. Pretty good, but nothing amazing.

@ bar in O-side Ps and Qs. on tap Clear orange with tight rocky head...took forever to settle. Extrem hop floral aroma, Not pine citrus as would be expected in an IPA yet very nice change. Initial bitterness but not over the top could taste malts so not overpowered in the hops not a bad thing. One of the best finishing IPAs I have ever had with its floral notes. Very satisfying
