I really do enjoy this oaked beer. The Alcohol is not even noticed when consumed. Thanks OAW for this great beer.

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 14, 2009 Hand bottle: Hazy deep bronze orange with an off white head. Infected aroma- leathery, grainy and vague. Crisp feel with no evidence of 12% ABV. Odd funky notes- almost seems like a brett strain, but it’s apparent infection. Some citric notes with little of the malt base coming through. Mainly grainy and earthy- quite simple. Was this intentionally inoculated? yobdoog (1460), Woodridge NY, New York, USA

Lots of oak, some faint dry funk. Flavor had a little pepper, belgian spice, sweetness and lemongrass. Bretty finish, not too bad. j12601 (1308), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA
