It is the ideal beer to drink on a hot day or after a long days work or hell during a hard days work. I will even go as far as to say that the Pale from OAW is the best beer I have ever tasted. badlizard (2356), Berkeley, California, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Mar 10, 2007 I visited the oceanside ale works for a tasting. It was fun with many people (~20) drinking and talking. Hmmm. Drinkable, but nothing interesting. The smell was good, but the flavor is a little off. Again i prefer stronger beers, so my opinion is biased. Naven (876), Poway, California, USA

Agree with the others, this is good, but it suffers from being a tad sweet and rich. Smells great, looks real nice. It has a nice hoppy, floral beginning, but then becomes a tad bit sweet. Not your typical APA, in that I dont think I could drink more than a couple. Not bad. jimrockford (49), San Diego, California, USA
