A great crisp and refreshing pale. has just the right amount of hops added to it. It is the ideal beer to drink on a hot day or after a long days work or hell during a hard days work. I will even go as far as to say that the Pale from OAW is the best beer I have ever tasted.

Visited San Diego great brew scene. This brew poured a crystal clear amber or light light amber. Extremely pleasing malt nose with a tough of citrus hops. Thick rich head that stuck to glass and great malt hop balanvce in the flavor. Perfect mouthfeel and finish that lasted for ever.

My friend brought a keg of this to a Super Bowl party. It has great color with a small white head. Very nice aroma of malt and hops. Very smooth taste and nice finish. A great party beer, complements were given all around.

Tap, O’Brien’s. Pours a dark amber color. Sweet malty/hoppy aroma. Some dark fruitiness. Roasted malts and fruit make up the flavor. Rich for a pale.

At Obriens copper to amber, lacy head lasted a while and then some, very malty and big for a pale, great clean finish for a slightly sweet pale.

On Tap @ O’briens. Agree with the others, this is good, but it suffers from being a tad sweet and rich. Smells great, looks real nice. It has a nice hoppy, floral beginning, but then becomes a tad bit sweet. Not your typical APA, in that I dont think I could drink more than a couple. Not bad.

On tap@O’Brien’s: Orange amber color with a small off-white head. Light sweet citrus arioma. Flavor is lightly sweet caramel with a mild citrus bitternes and a light dry zesty finish. Medium body and medium to lively carbonation.
