Bottle, bought @ Kolding Vinhandel.<br />
Pours hazy brown with a small, frothy, beige head. Quickly becomes a thin film. Aroma is sweet, fine chocolate, some coffee, coriander and cinnamon. Highish carbonation, fine mouthfeel. Flavour is surprisingly nice, fine chocolate with balanced christmas spices. Fine balance.

Dec 30, 2008 2008 version, 6%. It is black with a red hue and a nice, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate and light licorice, it is quite inviting. The flavour has sweetness and a light roasted bitterness and the oats makes it deliciously smooth. The notes are roasted malt, chocolate, candy sugar, licorice and the finish has a slightly dry, slightly spicy, light bitterness and towards the very end also hints of coffee. It is a nice and uncomplicated porter, that is pleasant and easy to drink.

Dec 4, 2008 Bottle. Low and quickly disappearing offr-white head. Pitch black body. Roasted malt aroma with carsamel plums raisins and nuts. Sweet barley malt flavor with druied fruit and caramel. Low carbonation. Short aftertaste.
