Sep 5, 2007 Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus, straw, and hay as well as some sour dough bread. The flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of straw, caramel, and hay, leading to a slightly bitter finish.
