Jan 16, 2009 Draft at Brewery Aug ’08: Poured a amber color with a thin white head. The aroma was citrus and hops. The taste is sweet, grassy, hoppy, and a bitter aftertaste. Overall, a tasty brew.

Jan 15, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear amber with a 2 finger off-white head that results in nice lacing. The nose is caramel and light citrus hops. Taste is caramel, bread and light hops with a semi-bitter finish. Medium mouth feel. Decent pale.

Dec 29, 2008 Bottle. Pours clear amber-golden, with a big two finger head, good lingering lacing. Very fruity aroma of apple, fig and caramel. Medium-thin, crisp body. Malty apple caramel up front. Pine resiny and grapefruit hop flavors pick up at the end, with a satisfyingly bitter aftertaste.

Nov 30, 2008 12oz bottle. cloudy orange color. pours with little head. lots of lemony hop aroma, classic english malts are present as well. the abundance of hops give this beer a lush juicy citric taste. great bitterness. a solid, simple american pale ale.

Nov 29, 2008 Had this at a restaurant in my hometown. I was really impressed. I usually don’t care for many pale ales but this one was good. Nice hoppy, malty taste. Would definitely drink again.
